In these Terms, "Kynd", "we", "us" and "our" mean KYND STUDIO PRIVATE LIMITED. "You" and "your" mean the person browsing or buying from the website.
2. Agreeing to these Terms
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order, and it is the version that governs that order. We will post the date of the most recent change at the top of this page.
3. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for the order.
4. Your account
You may buy from Kynd as a guest. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
Please give us accurate information. If the information you provide is untrue, incomplete or out of date, we may suspend or close your account.
5. Our products
We photograph and describe every piece as accurately as we can.
- Colour. Screens render colour differently, and natural fibres and small dye lots vary between batches. There may be a slight difference between the colour you see on screen and the piece you receive, and between two pieces of the same style bought at different times. This is characteristic of the fabrics we use and is not a defect.
- Handwoven and handspun cloth. Khadi and handloom fabrics carry slubs, small irregularities in weave, and variation in yarn thickness. These are properties of hand production, not faults.
- Measurements. Garment measurements published on each product page are of the finished garment, measured flat, and are subject to a tolerance of [±0.5 inch / ±1.5 cm].
- Certifications. Where we state that a fabric is GOTS certified, OEKO-TEX certified , or carries the Khadi Mark, the certification refers to the fabric or the supply chain as described on that product page. Licence numbers are published on the product page and can be verified with the certifying body.
- Availability. All products are subject to availability. We make pieces in short runs and a style may sell out or be discontinued without notice.
6. Country of origin
All products sold on this website are made in India. Manufacturing location details are published on the relevant product page.
7. Prices, taxes and payment
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST. The total payable, including any taxes and any charges, is shown to you before you confirm the order. Shipping within India is free.
We accept UPI, net banking, and debit and credit cards, processed through Razorpay.
We do not offer cash on delivery. We do not store your card or banking details at any point; those are handled by our payment gateway.
Pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you before doing so.
8. Orders and when the contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not by itself form a contract.
A binding contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you. Until dispatch, we may decline or cancel an order, in which case we will refund you in full to the original payment method.
We may decline an order where the item is out of stock, where there is a pricing or description error, where we cannot deliver to your address, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale.
9. Cancellation
By you. You may cancel an order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched. Write to us at info@kyndstore.in or message on +91 7737101555 and we will refund you in full to the original payment method within 30 working days. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the exchange terms in clause 11 apply instead.
By us. If we cancel an order for any of the reasons in clause 8, you get a full refund and we will tell you why.
10. Shipping and delivery
We ship across India. Shipping is complimentary on all orders.
Estimated delivery is 7 working days to metro cities and 7-10 working days elsewhere, counted from dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather and public holidays. We will send you a tracking link when your order ships.
Please give a complete address and a working phone number. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available across the courier's delivery attempts, we will contact you. A re-delivery may be arranged at your cost.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
We do not ship internationally through this website. If you are outside India and want to order, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we will arrange it and quote shipping separately. International orders are handled outside these Terms, by written agreement, and you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in your country.
11. Exchanges, credit notes and refunds
11.1 If you change your mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. You may instead, within 7 days of delivery:
- exchange the piece for a different size of the same style, subject to stock; or
- take a credit note for the full value paid, valid for 12 months from the date of issue, usable against anything on the website.
Free reverse pickup applies only once. We arrange the courier and we pay for it.
Condition. The piece must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached, in its original packaging. Trying a piece on is expected. Wearing it is not.
How. Write to info@kyndstore.in or message +91 7737101555 within 7 days of delivery. The 7 days run from the date the courier records delivery, not the date you ordered.
Credit notes are issued within 30 working days of the piece reaching us and passing inspection. Exchanges ship within 15 working days of the same.
11.2 If something has gone wrong on our side
This is separate from clause 11.1 and your rights here are not limited by it.
If a piece is defective, damaged in transit, materially different from how it was described or photographed, or is not the item or size you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method, or a replacement, at your choice. The same applies if delivery is materially later than the delivery date we gave you.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photograph where relevant, at info@kyndstore.in or message on +91 7737101555. We pay all shipping in both directions. Refunds are processed within 30 working days of the piece reaching us and may take a further 7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11.3 What we cannot accept back
Pieces that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery, pieces without their tags, and anything sold as final sale where that was stated clearly on the product page at the time of purchase. This does not apply to anything covered by clause 11.2.
12. Credit notes
Credit notes are issued in your name against the email address used for the order. They are valid for 12 months from issue, may be used across one order only, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you use a credit note against a purchase, you’re not allowed to initiate an exchange again.
13. Our content
All content on this website, including photographs, illustrations, product names, written copy, the Kynd name and logo, and the design of the site, belongs to us or is licensed to us. It is protected by Indian copyright and trade mark law.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use any of it commercially without our written permission. You may share links to our pages and view content for your own personal use.
14. Using the website
Please do not use this website to do anything unlawful, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with the site's operation or security, to buy stock for resale without our agreement, to impersonate anyone, or to upload anything unlawful, defamatory or infringing.
We may suspend or refuse access where we reasonably believe any of the above is happening.
15. Reviews and anything you post
If you post a review, a photograph or any other content on our website or tag us on social media, you confirm it is your own and that you are happy for us to use it on our website, in emails and on our social channels, with credit. You can ask us to stop using it at any time by writing to info@kyndstore.in.
We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or not a genuine account of a purchase. We do not publish fake reviews and we do not pay for them.
16. Links to other websites
Our website may link to sites we do not control, including certification bodies and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
17. Liability
We provide this website and our products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of profit or business, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Where we are liable, our total liability in relation to any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in this clause limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.
19. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier failures, civil disruption, epidemics, power or network failure, or government action. If such an event affects your order we will contact you, and you may cancel and receive a full refund.
20. Grievance redressal
If something has gone wrong and ordinary customer support has not resolved it, you can escalate to our Grievance Officer.

Your complaint will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and resolved within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
21. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your rights to approach a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
22. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us regarding your use of this website.
