Shipping and Returns

Free, everywhere in India. No threshold.

Make time is 7 to 14 days from order. Transit is typically 2 to 5 days after dispatch. So a normal order arrives 9 to 19 days after you place it, and we tell you when it moves between stages.

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and have its tags attached. Reach out to us to start an exchange..

Because every garment is made to order, an exchange means we make a second piece. Allow the full 7 to 14 days again from the day we receive the first one back.

Cancel within 24 hours of ordering and you are refunded in full, with no cancellation charge of any kind. After that, cutting may have begun; write to us and we will tell you honestly where your order stands.

If a garment arrives defective, deficient, spurious, or is not of the characteristics or features advertised, or if we deliver late against the window we gave you, you are entitled to return it and to a full refund of what you paid.

Refunds are made to the original payment method after the returned piece has reached to us,

Pieces that have been worn or washed. Pieces without tags. Pieces altered after delivery. The natural irregularity of hand-woven khadi is not a defect and is described on Materials.

We are not doing international shipping right now. But reach out to us on Instagram or Whatsapp and we try to make an exception.
