Find your order

Your confirmation email carries the order number. When the parcel leaves us we send a second email with the courier's tracking link. If neither has arrived, ask us at info@kyndstore.in, or DM us on Instagram, or drop a message on +91 7737101555.

We answer within one working day.

The stages your order goes through before its dispatched

  1. Confirmed. Payment received, your size and colourway are booked into the run.
  2. Cut. Your fabric has been laid and cut. From here the piece exists and cannot be cancelled without our agreement.
  3. Stitched. The garment is assembled.
  4. Finished. Pressed, checked, labelled and packed.
  5. Dispatched. Handed to the carrier. Tracking becomes live on your order status link, usually within twenty-four hours.

Stages one to four take 7 to 14 working days. .
