Every decision in a clothing brand is a trade-off. Cheaper cloth or a sweatshop condition mill. A faster workshop or a fair piece rate. More styles or better ones. We made ours early, wrote them down, and execute it with full honesty.

What we care about, in the order we care about it.

    India's textile heritage, protected by being worn, not archived. Linen, organic cotton and khadi from mills and weavers we have visited.

  • Plant

    A tree planted with every purchase. Roots, not offsets.

  • Prosper

    The women and artisans behind the heritage, prospering with every piece. Fair wages, good workshop conditions, and respect for the work.

  • Provenance

    Certifications with licence numbers, not logos in a row. Where a claim covers one fabric and not another, we say which.
